A clear handover helps you understand the vehicle and the support that comes with it. Keep your warranty booklet with your vehicle records and make time to go through it before you drive away.

1. Which plan has been issued for this vehicle?

Check the vehicle details against the booklet or warranty record. Ask which components are covered and where the exclusions are listed. Avoid relying only on a general phrase such as “full warranty”.

2. Has my registration been completed?

Contact AUSS promptly at handover to confirm registration and activation. Do not assume that receiving a booklet alone means registration is complete.

3. When does my cover end?

Check both the time limit and the mileage limit, including the basis used to measure mileage. Keep the relevant dates and odometer readings in your records.

4. When is my first service due?

Check the first-service requirement and the ongoing schedule in your issued document. Ask for clarification while the handover details are fresh.

5. Where should I arrange servicing?

Ask AUSS about the appropriate network station for your vehicle. Confirm the arrangements before travelling or authorising work.

6. What should I do if I notice a fault?

Save 070 2 707 707. Contact AUSS before authorising warranty-related repairs and keep the case reference and related records together.
