KEEP YOUR PROTECTION ON TRACK
Contact AUSS at handover to complete registration and confirm activation. Do not wait until a fault occurs to check your registration.
Use the schedule and requirements in your warranty booklet. Keep the odometer readings, dates and service records together.
Report the concern and let AUSS guide the assessment and approval process before you authorise warranty-related work.
KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
Always read these alongside your issued plan.
No. A component mounted on or connected to a covered assembly is not automatically included. The covered-parts list and exclusions in your plan determine eligibility.
Do not assume they are. Maintenance, consumables and wear items are different from eligible warranty repairs. Any service benefits must be confirmed under your specific programme.
Contact AUSS first. We will guide you on the appropriate service location and the assessment or approval needed under your plan.
Reimbursement is not automatic. Contact AUSS and obtain the relevant approval before committing to a warranty-related repair.
AUSS warranty is a separate warranty solution. It should not be represented as the manufacturer’s factory warranty.
